Following our first season playing in the South West Regional Premier Division, we are looking to take the Women’s team to the next level.
We are excited to be looking for a Head Coach to lead the team into the 2022/23 season.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
SAFEGUARDING
This role involves working with Women under the age 18. This means that the post-holder is required to apply all relevant policies and uphold the Club’s commitment to safeguarding.
ANY OTHER DUTIES
The successful candidate may at times be required to carry out additional tasks not outlined in this job description.
Plan and deliver sessions that are aligned to the club’s coaching and playing philosophies.
Manage games and ensure match days are organised to maximise team performance.
Lead weekly planning meetings with staff to ensure all sessions and games and prepared to the highest possible standard.
Be an integral member of the management team supporting the development of Women’s football at FGR.
Provide the board with regular progress updates.
About You
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Hold a minimum B Licence
Experience of coaching in Women’s football
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Licence
FA Advanced Youth Award
